If you're not completely happy with your Sleighly Floating Santa Sleigh, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.
How to return
- Email lunea.avira@gmail.com with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions.
- Send the item back with all original components: sleigh, reindeer, magnetic base and USB cable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping was free, so nothing is deducted for it.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or not working, contact us within 90 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
